As a second and third place in the league table fixture, we were expecting a close game. Peterborough were first to get points on the board with a penalty, scored by Maddy Buckland (0 - 3). A surge from West Bridgfrord saw them score three converted tries in 10-minutes. That was enough to gee P'Boro up and Maddy was able to score over the line out on the wing (21 - 8).
Half time 21 - 8
P'Boro started the second half as they finished the first half, with Steff De Gracia scoring the try out wide (21 - 13). It was end-to-end play and the final score certainly didn't reflect the game.
