It was always going to be a tough day in the office, with a top of the table clash and Ipswich having the home advantage, but Peterborough were up for the challenge.
The opening try for Peterborough, by Jaz Devereux, was deemed to be held up. The contest for pocession was close throughout the first half. The forwards were dominating the game with both first half tries coming from forward players, Erica Barbosa and Sav Evans. Converted by Jaz.

The second half saw Ipswich come out blazing, being the first to score (5 - 14) and showing why they are second in the league table. From then on in it was try ping-pong! Converted try for Jaz (5 - 19), unconverted try fpr Ipswich (10 - 19), try for Sarah Winder out on the wing (10 - 24), unconverted try fpr Ipswich (15 - 24), Converted try for Jaz (15 - 31), and the last try of the game was scored by Ipswich (20 - 31).
