It was the opening game of the 2025/2026 season for the Peterborough women. Having been promoted last season, the step up to Championship 2 (level 3) was an unknown and playing a team who finished second in Champ 2 last season, we knew that this was going to be a tough game.
OAs were well drilled and meant business. Boro were at least able to force the tries to the wings. The first half saw OAs score 4 unconverted tries and 1 converted try.

The second half continued in much the same ilk with OAs running in 3 unconverted tries and 1 converted try.
