After some fabulous work from the grounds team the pitch was given the ok for our game to go ahead. With Peterborough ladies sitting at the top of the table and Milton Keynes keen to take the wining points, it was game on!
Peterborough started with the wind at their tails scoring a try out wide by Gemma. That woke MK up and then the arm wrestle began. The second try was a combination of the forwards smashing the ball up the park followed by the backs getting it out to the wing for the try to be scored by fullback, Sarah.
Half time 10 - 0
Great attack and defence from both sides led to a scoreless second half. Peterborough managed to hold up a try to keep the visitors from scoring.

Thank you to the club, caterers and referee. We have our fingers crossed that the shirts come clean! Next week we are at home again for a SATURDAY fixture. 2pm kick-off. We would love to get a big crowd to cheer us on. We had a previous attendance of 275 people at the Bedford away game..... can we rival that! Bring your friends and families down for a great afternoon of rugby.
