Covid secure match's allow a fixture like no other.

Boro U13 girls took on the Lions U13 boys at Fengate last Sunday in front of an excited crowd of Parents, supporters and Coaches.  The game was a great example of rugby in the current climate. The game was played with quick handling and lots of running catching and passing. The Lions coaches looked nervous, wondering if the girls were going to provide their boys with a lesson in running rugby. The first quarter was closely contested with the girls having a try disallowed.

With each session the boys strength and speed began to give them an advantage that they used to keep the scoreboard ticking.

I am sure that by the end of the game all the players had learned lots of lessons about areas to work on. I am sure everyone was pleased to get back on the pitch in a competitive match.
