Celebrating a Milestone Year for Our LDP Programme!
We are proud to announce the successful completion of the inaugural year of our Leadership Development Pathway (LDP) at Peterborough Rugby Club. Every participant in this pioneering cohort has achieved their grade — a testament to their hard work, dedication, and growth over the past year.
To mark this incredible achievement, we were honoured to visit Northampton Saints Rugby Club this week, where the club helped us celebrate the accomplishments of our young players. It was a fantastic day of recognition, inspiration, and team spirit. Following their training session, some of the saints players came and met the LDP participants, took selfies and signed autographs.
